Just when you thought it was once again safe to head to Puerto Rico… We bring back the Colada! This time real pineapple and fresh lime, as well as Honey vodka, lift up this non-blended, dairy free version of the scourge of the 80s beach bar. Even better in a hollowed out pineapple…
2 oz 42BELOW Honey vodka
1 oz pineapple juice
1/3 oz fresh lime juice
2 oz coconut juice or Colada
mix 3 chunks of fresh pineapple Dash of bitters Dash of agave nectar or simple syruo In a Mixing glass, muddle together the pineapple, add the juice and spirits, and a good dash of bitters, Shake well, and pour over ice wither in a Rocks glass or a pineapple.
