The last of the turkey has been eaten and the pumpkins replaced with wreaths. It's Part 2 of the holiday season, and a new menu of holiday concoctions is required. Here are some cocktail recipes to help you raise a toast to December celebrations.

Dusk in Eden

From 42 Below Vodka mixologist Jacob Briars

1 large slice pomegranate, chopped
Dash simple syrup (equal parts sugar and water)
1 1/2 parts vodka
1 part apple juice
Pomegranate and Cherry seeds to garnish

Muddle together pomegranate and syrup, add vodka and juice and fill with ice. Shake well and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with pomegranate seeds.
