It's summer, a perfect time to toss on a shirt over the swimsuit and go to lunch. Everybody does it, but somehow Rihanna pulls that look off so much better than the rest of us. The simple, sheer top, her imperial air and that supershort, near-Mohawk (check out how close her sides are trimmed) are all part of why she's always someone to watch. So do you Rate her?
