The Subaru WRX, a tough multi purpose car that offers all wheel drive, a 227 horsepower turbocharged engines, four wheel disc brakes and racetrack-tuned suspension. It comes as no suprise that many car enthusiasts have taken to this “economy” car over the years. The Subaru Impreza WRX is a turbocharged version of the Subaru Impreza, an all-wheel drive automobile. Fist made availible in Japan in 1992 the first WRX models had a flat-4 2.0L (then later a 2.5L), Subaru Boxer engine, as well as high performance brakes, tires and a more nimble suspension. First sold in North America in 2002, the WRX now comes in many varities including the new “sti” models.
